Rick fixed the unit so it started cooling again.

O'Dell was willing to come out the same day, but we had other obligations. They then offered the 9:30 the next day. We agreed and they showed up promptly. After 45 minutes of checking the system it was determined that it was a simple broken wire. They did not up sell us anything. They checked our other system and determined it was in good shape. We were very satisfied.

I used O'Dells Heating & Cooling about six months ago. I spent about $3000. The experience was very good. Their availability was very good and just how they were willing to find out what the problem is.

He is wonderful. He comes at a moment's notice when we have a breakdown. He is a person that we found six years ago when we needed some work done on our heating system, and he is just wonderful. There is just a lot to maintain in our house and the service is just wonderful.
