We just moved to the area and had to visit an emergency clinic over the weekend with our cat. Needing a follow up visit with our regular vet, we chose Northshore Animal Hospital based on the reviews, and we were not disappointed! Dr. Stock was so personable and great with our cat, and she shared information about physical traits of our cat that no other vet had told us in 11 years! I know other reviews indicate Dr. Frazier is wonderful, and I would recommend Dr. Stock without hesitation. The vet tech and office personnel were exceptional, as well. It was a great first experience, and we are thankful to have found our vet.

We have always used Dr. Frazier. She is wonderful! She is a very caring, yet practical person. She really cares about your animals. She has great knowledge. The office runs very well. Her technicians are okay.

They are excellent! The entire crew is completely knowledgeable. They are very kind and professional. They were not only concerned about my animal's well being but mine as well.

There are multiple doctors there.  The staff and the doctors love animals and they get very interactive with them.  When you board your pet there, they will not just place your pet in the cage, they bring them out and let them play.  The staff explains what they do with the pets that are board there.

She will send you to another vet for advice. Considering all of my pets have problems, it's a wonderful thing. She's easy to get into.

Dr Frazier is the best veterinarian I've ever used.  Her knowledge and instinct work together, resulting in an incredible diagnostician.  That's not to mention how genuine and compassionate she is.  I trust her, and feel good having my dogs in her care. 

I brought my dog here several times for nail trims and boarding and also teeth cleaning. Each time I went in, I had my dog taken from me to another area where treatment was performed. I never met the doctor even when I requested to before coming in once. I continued to use them because of comments made on other websites and from talking with a couple of people in the office waiting area. The last time I boarded with them, I went in to pick up my dog and was presented with the items I had taken in but also was handed two bottles of medication and told, "Here is your dog's medicine." This panicked me because my dog was not on medication when I left and when I told them that, there were some "Ummms" and "Uhhhs" and then I was told a tech would come out and talk with me. The tech came out and informed me that my dog had been having "bloody diarrhea" and was put on medication which I had to give three times a day. I was told it was probably due to stress because of the kennel being so crowded over the holiday and also a storm. No one called to tell me what was going on when the problem arose (even though you fill out a form with contact phone numbers, etc. each time you leave your pet) and MORE importantly to me, I still never met the doctor. I immediately made an appointment with another vet where I MET the doctor and he was wonderful. It's a further drive but I will make it for the comfort of knowing I can be with my dog at each and every visit and know a vet is actually caring for my dog!

Although we felt the price was a little high, we do feel that they did a perfect job of taking care of our pet. They are courteous, professional and followed up with us to make sure she was ok. The entire experience was a good one and we will go back there now for her check ups and shots when necessary.

We use Doctor Denise Frasier. She is fantastic with our animal and we are always pleased to do business with them. They are friendly and compassionate. The price is always reasonable. They did a great job.

We took our nine year old Schnauzer to see his new vet, Dr, Kimber Bradbury (Dr. B.). She is unbelievable in the way she cares for the animals. Very professional, informative, listens when pet's owners express any concerns about their pet's health and treats them like they are her only patient. We had his teeth cleaned and while cleaning, Dr. B. had to pull a few because of decay. She truly understood the anxiety we were experiencing since our pet's father had died under anethesia. She called as soon as our baby woke up from the anthesia and described exactly what had been done. The office staff is wonderful and they did a follow up call the next morning to check on our critter and us as well. Our baby will not see anyone else. I would without a doubt recommend her to anyone!!

During the stay, our dog received all his medical shots. They offer veterinary care 24 hours a day, which I really like. The staff is very friendly and professional. The staff provided exercise for our dog during his stay, and they also kept the kennel very clean and comfortable for him.

I really love bringing my cat there. It is owned by a woman and you can tell that she really loves animals. It shows in everything they do around there from the smiling faces to the playfulness of the people that take care of the animals. It is also a very clean and well taken care of facility.

They were a great boarding kennel. It cost a little more for the larger of the two dogs, but their prices were competitive. They took good care of the dogs and that's what really mattered to us. Their staff there were top notch and the dogs didn t seem to mind being there.

I had seen the kennels and they were pretty good sized. They also had air conditioning in the kennels for the pets. They had a good exercise area for them to stretch out and run. The staff there was very respectful.

I felt good about the way they took care of my dogs and they were quite professional. They seem like they care about the animals and the girls at the front desk was nice to me. Sometimes they are crowded, so you have to wait awhile, but the clinic is very clean. I prefer more of an outdoor run, than what they have.
