Real Estate Service
The inspector came out twice and he was very nice, however he missed several things that will cost over $2000 to repair or replace. The front door was hung off center so that it is difficult to close. The storm door did not close, because the device was not installed correctly. The circuit breakers were mounted on the outside of the house and the door on the box was bent and would not close. Several of the light switches do not work and the list goes on.
