Mullins Paint Company

I wrote the F review below. Please disregard that review. Mr mullins contacted me to apologize profusely and he kept his word and painted today. He definitely made it right so now I would highly recommend him. He is doing a great job painting and is a very nice young man.

Thomas was responsive and professional. He did a beautiful job of painting for us and we couldn't be happier with the quality of his work and the fair price he charged. We will definitely keep him in mind for any other interior painting we need in the future. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

Mullins Painting did a great job. Our house is old and many areas needed repairing before he could paint. He repaired areas and painted. He also replaced flood lights on house to high up for us to reach and repaired porch light. I will definitely use Thomas Mullins again.

Very neat. He was able to estimate pretty accurately how long job would take. We supplied some of the paint as we requested.

Thomas is hands down the best painter we have ever met. We've had teams of painters many times in three homes that we own, and none of them compare to him. He's so thorough and so efficient he easily does the work of two or three painters. He's also a joy to work with, very polite and courteous and very eager to ensure his work meets expectations (and it certainly does).

Thomas painted 2 bedrooms and living room and I was very surprised how detailed he was. I've hired painters in the past and he's definitely the best. I will definitely hire again for future projects.

Thomas was wonderful! He was so easy to work with and he worked with my schedule to squeeze us in before we had some landscaping done. He did an excellent job and put multiple coats of stain on our fence to make sure it looked the best it could. I was very impressed with him. He was even patient when our outside electrical outlets tripped and I was at work so I couldn't do anything about it. I fixed the problem that evening and he came out promptly the next day (I felt so bad that he had to come back!). Overall, just a great guy and we will probably call on him for several things in the coming years.

Thomas has done work for us before and continues to impress! Again, the work he did looks amazing. He has transformed the inside of our house. He is gracious, hardworking and very skilled. His prices are great and he works very fast, because he's so good at what he does. Can't say enough good things about this company!

Just some background: our house is a typical 1970s split level, with a brick lower and wooden vertical siding for the upper, with a front porch, back porch, and back screened porch. 
It went great! I was a little nervous, as Thomas works by himself and it is a large house, but he was great! He was there by 9a every day - if not earlier, and stayed until 5p every day. The rain pushed our painting to the right, which was not his fault, but he made up for it 10 fold! He was very detailed in the work. We did not have a stray paint mark on the window panes, nor on the brick. We wanted to do a little contrasting color in the fascia, and I was happy he immediately saw my vision! As he started to paint the screened porch, he suggested maybe I use the contrast color instead of the white. Man was he right! It looks great! He had several little suggestions like this throughout the process, and every time, he nailed it. The entire process was very smooth and went better than I could have imagined!  If/when we ever need anything else painted, this will be my first call.

He arrived early and got right to work, he tarped off our furniture and did a lot of prep like patching and filling voids in the walls. Once he started , the walls were in worse shape than he determined on his initial walk threw. He had a lot of patching and sanding. He was very respectful of our home and he was a very fast worker and very conscientious with his painting. He really put a lot of time in and worked a very full day. One of the walls needed a lot more work so he offered to come back another day and work on it again at no extra charge to us.
He is working on an estimate for more painting in our home. At the end of he cleaned up and helped us move some of the heavy pieces back in place.

The owner was very honest about his schedule, so I booked time in October and December for my home to be painted.
The owner misunderstood my schedule and thought finishing the job quickly was a priority. The price was good, but I would have liked the painter to have take his time more.
My home is an older home, so consideration should have been given to minimize how much blemishes would show or more work could have been done to smooth out the walls.
