I had gotten quotes for window cleaning from several companies. I ended up hiring Miller Bros. to do the job. The morning of the cleaning, Jade Miller stood me up. We had been texting the night before and morning of, and then he just stopped responding. He knew we had guests checking in that day. That was a week ago and I have never heard back. I panicked, because our very first guests were checking in that afternoon and the windows were filthy. I called Fish, explained the situation, and they completely rearranged their jobs to be able to squeeze us into their schedule. They sent a whole team out within 2 hours and had the job done moments before our guests arrived. The windows look great and all of the guys were very friendly and professional. Fish had no reason to care about my predicament, but Jackie showed compassion and made sure the job got done after Miller Bros. failed us. They've made a customer out of me!
