Move 4 Less

"Thank you for notifying us of less than satisfactory experience. At Move 4 Less we strive to provide the best service to each of our customers and appreciate feedback about ways we can improve. I wish we had been notified about this experience sooner, so that we could have done something about it earlier (as the move was over six months ago). I want to assure you that all breaks/lunch are off the clock and are at no charge to the customer. In addition, we always discuss our service charge (local or long distance) when we provide a quote (please refer to your email correspondence with us). If you received a charge on your bill different than what we discussed, please call me and I would be happy to refund the difference. We strive to arrive at the scheduled time; but as you stated, notify our customers of any unanticipated schedule changes. Finally, it was very unprofessional for the employee's wife to show up on a job, even if it is to bring him lunch. This is not an allowed behavior and I wish we had been notified about it so we could have addressed it sooner. As we cannot find a customer by this name in our schedule, we would appreciate it if you would contact us so we can get some additional information about your move. We value your business and hope that your first experience with us will not be you last. We would really like the opportunity to make it up to you and provide the quality service you expect from us."

"I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or stress that this experience may have caused you. I am sorry to hear about any damages; as our guys are well trained/experienced, damages rarely occur. We have insurance to cover such incidences, however, and would have been happy to evaluate these items and file a claim had we been notified. Please note that in this instance an additional mover was sent at a discounted rate in order to speed things up, as you had expressed concern with regards to the time crunch with your closings. Discounts (including Senior and Student) are applied at the time of billing. If is was not applied, the movers may have not been aware that you qualified for a discount; but this could have easily been rectified by calling our office. We will gladly send you a check for the discounted amount - please give me a call at 865-765-9999 so I can verify your mailing address.
