Pam and her crew were very good. Although, I wasn't the one that met the work crew, I was told they were fast and efficient. They were even able to help meet our crazy scheduling needs (We have a toddler that naps from about 11am-2pm, and in the evening we had birthday festivities planned). They met our needs. All of our dealings were very pleasant. Above all, they did the job right and for less money than I had anticipated. Thank you to Pam and her crew! Also of note: This is a local business!! Only window and glass service that was responsive and willing to help fix a legacy broken window glass problem. Everyone else contacted wanted to replace the entire window set for 1500+ and Mountain Glass figured out a way to replace just the glass pane. True to their advertised capability and problem solving company. Great Job!

Came to measure window frame same day when called. Decided to order exact size of glass rather than cut-on-site. Window located under cover so time frame ok. Installed two weeks later without problem. Great experience.

They were absolutely perfect. They had to install the windows from the inside and build up scaffolding. They did a great job. They came back out to correct an issue with the window with no problem.
