Molly came to our house as part of a comprehensive evaluation for an interior renovation project that we were planning. She had been highly recommended by a friend who had been thrilled with her services. She provided insight to some remodeling options that we were considering regarding our objectives and the return on investment for our changes. I appreciated her honestly, creativity and suggestions based on her experience. She was the strongest member of the consultative team that provided this service, which included the general contractor, cabinet representative and herself. Based on her experience in working with the group, she helped translate the construction pros and cons, corrected a few suggestions made by the contractor and made the creative process enjoyable. In addition, when I tried to schedule the work that had been decided upon, SHE was the one who courteously called me back to inform me that the contractor was not interested in working with a job of our size. I had attempted to call him directly for a month with no response, but she was able to speak with him and relay that news to me. I appreciate her integrity and honesty in the matter. Once the contractor bailed on the project, I paid Molly her consultation fee happily as her insight was very valuable. While we had decided not to move walls, Molly had suggested some very creative solutions with our objectives in mind. She has lots of great ideas, many years of experience and will help you make decisions in a respectful way. I will definitely call Molly in the future.
