Went well, very professional. I did have some issues with getting messages to the workers through the answering service, but no issues when I called them directly instead.

Stephen was prompt in coming to the house for the initial inspection. ?After receiving the estimate, I asked about making some changes and another estimate was received the next day. ? Some other estimates were not able to include the changes I requested and/or did not use products that were as well rated as the products used by Mold Drs. ?No other estimates offered a lifetime transferrable warranty. Technicians removed 1900 sq ft of moldy insulation, sprayed to kill the the mold on joists and sub-floor, spray sealed the entire crawlspace and finally installed new insulation and vapor barrier. Because of drying time required, the entire process took a while, but it was not rushed and done properly. Crawlspace looks and smells a whole better. ?I would definitely recommend their service.

Stephen King that came to our home first was awesome!! He was very easy to work with and had great customer service skills! The 2 men that came out to our house to work in the crawl space were very friendly, they were a little sloppy with the paint/sealant stuff that went on the beams and had to come back for a couple of spots they missed when cleaning mold off baseboards. But, when I told Stephen about the missed spots and over-spray paint, they quickly responded and came back and fixed it. I would use them again, and their warranty is better than anyone's!!!

The Mold Drs team did a great job with our project. They were very timely and courteous. They showed great customer service and are very knowledgeable about Mold and the process of treating it. Went well. They were in and out in about three days. Hauled off old materials. Left area clean. Provided recommendations for keeping basement mold free (dehumidifier, sealing walls, and insulating knee wall).

They showed up on time and treated the mold as they said they would. They even left their air scrubbers on site for an extra week at no charge. Mold is gone. Great job.

He did an okay job. It was obvious that the service worker who came out and the man I spoke to on the phone didn't have the best communication. I thought they would do a complete check and provide me with the results, but they only did a basic check for three types of mold. They told me that all the levels were perfectly fine. The man over the phone told me the price would be one thing, but the service worker who came out told me something else. He was on time, he did his job, and the work was okay.

Mold Drs USA does not provide testing to our customers. Mold Drs USA is a remediation company, it is considered a conflict of interest to perform testing and remediation, for this reason we refer all customers to the appropriate person in the testing/inspection field. Mold Drs USA would have given a rough cost of what testing could be and referred this customer to an inspector, once the inspector(not an employee or subcontractor ) arrived...his price was obviously different."

The service was very expensive and it was not covered under our insurance but the technicians told us it really needed to be done. It was a difficult job because they had to crawl in space to do the spraying.
