The staff at Midas was extremely thorough and provided great customer service. I was in 3 times and each time was the same experience. One one of the occasions a staff member gave me a ride to a meeting and picked me up when my car was ready!

The bolt holding the alternator had come out, so they had to re-tap the bolt which fixed the problem and the noise that was being made. They had my car back to me in just a few hours. I have always been impressed by their service and they also have an extremely nice waiting area if you just go in for something quick like an oil change. This Midas has become by "go-to" place when I need something done, which is why this was the place I thought of to have my car towed to.

Heard squeaking of break-shoe wear indicator when I applied the brakes. The Midas team exam the entire braking system (as they should have done) and recommended changes only on the front (which was correct) as they should have. I played real dumb and disengaged to see if the service manager or tech would try to take advantage. They didn't! They did their job with deliberate professionalism and properly inspected the braking system; diagnosed the problem correctly; and took the time to get my attention and carefully explain, not only WHAT was wrong, but WHY it needed immediate attention; and HOW it needed to be fixed properly. Then they provided a written estimate for the work and delivered a finished job with the time frame promised. I was very pleased. I recommend Midas and all Nationwide auto repair places who have a vested interest in making sure a vehicle is properly and adequately repaired. Further, if anything needs redo and fails while the vehicle owner is "on the road"; any Midas store anywhere will honor any Midas warranties and get you back on the road quickly & free. I always recommend car owners to use only national chains and always - always - keep the receipt for whatever work is done, no matter how minor in the glove department of the vehicle.

I like them. I would say three things. One, they make a promise and they honor them when you get there and they do their best to take you all the way. Two, Jessie who is their manager is very personable. Three, they got a nice waiting area where they got good machine and you get a quality cup of coffee while you wait.

The work turned out fine. They did everything quickly and courteously. I would recommend them if you just need a quicky oil change. They're not the greatest oil changers I've had in my life, but they're certainly good.

The work turned out well. They did a solid job. They made sure it was the cheapest affair as it could be. It was less more pain, so they really could oppose me if they wanted to. It was really simple. I could have got it done for a cheaper rate.

My last experience with them was not too good. Parts were left off the car when it was repaired. They were not able to find those parts and they did not replace those parts. They were plastic parts in the engine compartment. The mechanic left tools in the car. Now I will say that the management at that Midas store has changed since then. Prior to that I had good experiences for about a year and a half, two years. I did not have good experiences there over a period of time after the management changed. The last time I was there the prior manager was back. By that time I had pretty much decided I wasn't going back to Midas again. Changing spark plugs on the car is rather difficult. It requires removing some of the plastic things that cover up other stuff. So they just didn't put all the parts back on when they finished. They said they would try to find the parts. I said they need to replace it and they never offered to get another one. They would have had to buy another one. They actually never offered to replace it.
