Staff was very honest about the effects of laser hair removal.

I had laser hair removal about 18 years ago. It was so effective, the hair did not re-grow for 15 years. I have fair, fine hair, the best kind to respond to this therapy. I paid around $700 to Medi Spa, expecting the same result. It was extremely ineffective. It is like I never had it at all. I had 5 treatments total, yet the hair is still there. I called and explained, and the Spa offered to continue my treatments for $110 per treatment. Politely, I explained that I felt like I had not gotten my money's worth, yet the technician was unapologetic for the poor result. I also explained that I felt it did not make sense to continue to pay for something that was not working. I am not sure what the problem is here, but there is one. The laser was extremely painful, more painful than I remembered from before, so I just cannot judge why it did not work. I do not know if they have a poor machine, or if the problem was in the application. I do not recommend this service.

The experience was GREAT! I got an appointment for a free evaluation right away. The woman who saw me was an RN, not and quot;justand quot; an aesthetician (not to put down aestheticians but when someone is pointing a laser at my face I'm heartened that they have a medical background!). The RN had beautiful skin herself--great advertising for the place. She told me that she could take care of it--and any other surface veins on my face that she could fit in within the 15 minute allotment--right away. The cost was just $150 and she was pretty sure it would only take one, maybe two appointments. She explained that there would be some scabbing after, that I should avoid sun, use sunblock, etc but that I should be back to normal within 2 weeks.
The procedure felt like a hot needle entering my skin--not all that comfortable--but it was quick. There was scabbing after that looked like freckles and it peeled off within 1.5 weeks. Sure enough, at the moment there is no sign of that unsightly red mark! I can't believe I put up with it this long when it was so easy to get treatment! Even if I need a follow-up eventually it was well worth it.
I'd highly recommend the facility. They are clean, professional, and I trust them thoroughly. In fact, I plan to see them again about the brown sun spots on my face. This could get addictive...

They're really good, it's an excellent place to go. They're very nice and they do good work.
