Very, VERY, slowly! Ms. Marcum stated in January that her firm would need only 4 weeks from start of demolition to finish our kitchen. Here is the schedule they achieved: 1/18/07 contract signed (47% paid); 2/22/07, cabinets delivered (74% paid); 3/27/07, reduced scope of project (82% paid); 5/3/07, we demand and get access to our kitchen 48 hours before guests arrive for graduation of our 2 children; 5/17/07, punch list inspection (97% paid); 6/22/07, final piece of cabinetry installed; 7/25/07, drawer fronts aligned; 8/6/07, final payment. Items from the punch list that have not yet been addressed include spots on the floor and leveling of dishwasher. Total time between start of demolition and alignment of the drawer fronts was 174 days.
