MALIBU COLLISION REPAIR CENTER

Overall experience very good, with what looks like excellent quality. Finish is beautiful. Not sure how price compares, since insurance covered all but deductible.

This was a insurance claim. Someone hit the bumper in a parking lot. They were honest and contacted us and had their insurance company take care of it. Malibu Collision was on the list from State Farm's website.
They were on Angie's List also.

They were very punctual. They were preferred by our insurance company as well because their work comes with a lifetime warranty. We dropped our car off on the scheduled day and they were finished 4 days later on the exact day that was scheduled to be finished. The car looks as good as new. They were very nice.

It took longer than should, but the disappointment is they used cheap replacement parts. Paint is fading. My headlights are yellow & have water inside. I was recently hit by car pulling out in front of me& my air bags did not employ!

Did not clean out all the broken glass.
Did not use original manufacturers parts, the engine has never run the same since. All cooling fans extremely noisy. When we took the vehicle back and complained we were dismissed off hand, with no attempt to address the situation. They had our money, they saw no need to rectify the situation. We have had several vehicles repaired there, will never go back again.

This was a super place to take your bike or car. They did good work and I have used them several times in the past and I have never had any problems with the quality of work, but they always aim to please. They never left without making sure I was totally satisfied and if I had any questions they tried to answer them without telling me a lie.
