I did some reading about appraisals on the Internet and found Mr. Mackley to be well qualified in performing jewelry appraisals. When I visited their shop, they were very pleasant and made me very comfortable. Mr. Mackley took fifteen minutes of his time to talk to me about the process. He then gave me an estimate on how much the appraisal would cost. I decided to leave the ring with them and get the work done. He also offered that I was welcome to stay and be present for the whole appraisal process if I was uncomfortable letting the jewelry out of my site. The next day, my appraisal was ready and the cost was less than expected. I'm happy that I went to Mackley & Company.
