We found that the dishwasher was "repaired" and then there was a sensor code that came up and upon pulling the dishwasher back out, there was all kinds of construction junk left behind and under the dishwasher. Upon checking with another contractor we have found that because the construction junk was left under the dishwasher it has caused problems with the sensor under the dishwasher. The sensor is $175 and then there would be additional charges to install it and therefore it would be more cost efficient to just replace the dishwasher as the other contractor advise that with the junk that was left under the dishwasher, no one knows what other problems could be cause by the construction junk as well. So now we have a double cost on a job! We should charge Mr. McMillan's GL insurance for the botched job but its not worth the hassle we will NEVER call him again!!!!

He was very prompt and nice.  He told me that my dishwasher was toast and made suggestions on brands.  I didn't know that my washer hoses needed to be replaced about 5 years ago and the moving company had attached them to the wrong faucets!  He also observed that my carbon monoxide detector was too high and that I could insulate my attic and garage door to lower my energy bills. I would definitely use him again.

I had 2 fans that were worn out and making terrible noises.  First of all let me say that Myron always returns his calls.  He does the work himself so you always knows who is coming.  No pretenses with him, just high quality work with honesty and integrity.  I would not hesitate to give him a key to my home, that shows what a high quality man he is.  I am a woman and he never talks down to me and treats me with respect.  He also explains things.  He is always on time and treats your home with integrity.

It’s fixed! He always comes right out and does what he says he’s going do. I have used them many, many times.

I had a kitchen faucet that leaked and I called Myron.  I have used him before in a home I owned in Powell.  I used to work with his wife and that is how I knew him.  He arrives timely.  He is extremely honest and has integrity.  He will refer you to someone else if he cannot do the work.  He is the type of man that you can give a key to your house and not worry.  He is an excellent plumber.   He is good for his word and does exactly what he says he will.  The faucet is doing fine.

He responds quickly to phone calls.  Shows up when promised.  Very honest and very thorough.  (He's also great with plumbing.)

On his most recent visit, he was able to fix an oven door that looked, at first even to him, like it may have to be replaced. He also checked my dishwasher which had been acting strangely.

He is really good. He is really honest. My experience has been more with him in the area of plumbing and appliance repair. My association with him has been positive.

The service call was $95 and the parts were $15. I felt it was a good price for the work that they did. I had used them a year ago. I used them again because of their previous service and response. M & D Services is a small company, but their response is very timely and personal. The work is done right and they are efficient. Their price was excellent. They were very responsive, punctual and professional.

Work was excellent. He did what he said and when he said he could. He cleaned up all mess (water/dust,etc). He is also licensed, bonded, and insured. VERY PROFESSIONAL.
