Lucas is a friendly, knowledgeable, and hard-working professional. Because we were not living in Tennessee while we were deciding on a home, Lucas kept us informed about what was happening via phone calls and emails. He was quick to reply. He researched whatever infomation we asked for and he kept his schedule open for us ech time we visited Tennessee during the home-buying process.
Since we closed on our house, Lucas is helping us learn our way around the greater Knoxville area. He is not just our agent, he is now a family friend.
