They do a very good job. We like Lowes because they carry about anything we want to do and they also give helpful hints as to how to make repairs or to make changes.

I have no complaints about Lowes at all. The people are very nice and helpful. We had a little mishap happen with our dishwasher. We had the protection plan on it. The dishwasher has these two little, you know when you pull the top rack out, they have these 2 little rollers and one of them broke and then the other one broke. They charged us $69.00 to replace them and I was really mad. I ended up calling one of the managers at Lowes and telling him what happened and he said, well, next time you come in come see me and I'll work something out for you. We went over a week and a half, two weeks later to buy the dryer and we asked for him. They also give a 10% military discount and I asked him if I could use it. He was giving us 10% off and I asked if I could also use the 10% off for being a military guy and he said, I don't think we can do that. I get to the register and the woman called him and she gave us the 20% off anyway. We do a lot of business with Lowes because we are renovating our home. My husband has been to war so we use that Lowes all of the time.

They had to deliver three units before we got one that was not scratched or damaged. The contractor did not want to hook it up but he finally decided to do it my way. Lowes is wonderful but not all of their contractors.
