    I start off by deposting money so they can procure the supercharger mid may, i have dates if needed. That same day he looks under my car to see if i need any mid pipes. The mechanic says no and gives me a date to drop my vehicle off. I drop off my car 5-29-12 at this point one of the mechanics tells me he still has yet to recieve the supercharger. I ask him when i can expect my car to be finsihed he says "Maybe next week."  I call thursday may 31st for an update . I get some better news the supercharger is on its way,  apparently it was on backorder it will be in next thurs 6-7-12. Well i show up friday the 8th thinking something might be done with it. Possibly the intake removed , gauges installed  or even the pipes installed. Nothing. They ask if i want to see the unit i say yes and tell me they will start monday 6-11-12. This is where it gets fustrating. I call wednesday  the 13th apparently the mechanic has stepped out and i leave a message. I call back two hours later, the guy says the mechanic is out on the floor and asks if he can take another message. I then ask what the status is on my vehicle. At that point the supercharger was installed , my intercooler was in and my headers were installed. I'm somewhat happy at this point and ask him if can expect my car  to be finished by friday.  He's hesitant to give me a date. On monday i recieve my first  phone call from them. They tell me i now need the mid pipes and they will arrive thurs 6-21-12.  I'm fuming at this point. On friday 6-22-12 I get a second phone call , they need me to fill out a waiver for the dyno. I finally get my car back on 6-26-12 that next tues. Its not over yet i drive it home, take it to get gas, and then proceed to work. The car had been off about 20 to 30 min. I go out turn it on and rev it a few times and the next thing i know my car has overheated. I look in the radiator overflow reservoir and its bone dry. I look in the radiator and nothing but residule fluid. They never bothered to get all of the air out of the system. On top of that i drop about a half a gallon of coolant in. Now i'm starting to wonder if they tuned the car hot and if the tune is relevant at this point. I also notice they hooked the boost gauge up to the brake vacuum instead of the reference point that was illustrated in the instructions. So now i'm starting to question there mechanical apptitude. I'm almost convinced i'm going to have to get my vehicle retuned and hope thats the worst of it. Worst being a blown motor due to overheating. There is no reason it should take a week and a half to install these items. They should have planned this out day one, there should have been no surprises, e.g. mid pipes. This is shameful. I wouldn't recomend them to anybody.

Very competent.  Did an excellent job of strapping the car down to ensure it did not move on the dyno and they paid particular attention to the engine to try to ensure nothing bad happened to it.
