As of 2013, we are a new concept in selling real estate. Rather than the old style of commissioned agents, we provide listing packages and subscription based pay to list your home. Our subscription price is $42 per month and our packages top out at $495 with our "list until sold" package. Our style of selling has gotten great reviews and makes selling real estate much more affordable than traditional commissions of 4-6%.
