All went well. Kerby was responsive, open to talking about the problems we were having and offering solutions. Workers were efficient and kept us informed about what they were doing. They called my attention to the soft place in the roof. Had them come back to fix it. They did it in one morning. We are thoroughly pleased.

Litespeed was a pleasure to work with. I needed someone to inspect my roof for damage. They not only inspected it but fixed a couple of minor problems for no additional charge. Very friendly and knowledgeable company.

Kirby Smith (owner) visited my home to assess new siding and metal roofing for purposes of a quote. Mr Smith was prompt and friendly. I told him that it was my intention to start the project as soon as possible but to be completed no later than mid December. I had certain repairs/reconstruction to be done to the roof gables, which he said would be no problem. But when I asked for corbels to be included for the gables, he tried to talk me out of it (gable overhang is 24 inches and had sagged), suggesting instead that the gable eaves just be cut back shorter on one end of the house, but leave the other end of the house eave at 24 inches. In addition, he wanted to create a "box" around the electrical entrance pole in order to cover it with siding instead of just slipping the siding being the service drop as is customary. Neither of these suggestions seemed sound. Also, I wanted the thicker 26 gauge metal roofing with high ribs instead of 29 gauge and he wanted to talk me out of that choice. Mr Smith took measurements and said he would get back to me in 2 days. Two days later he called and said he was "covered up with work" and could not meet my timeline. I asked him if he would still supply me with a quote in the event that I had not been able to arrange this work with another contractor prior to end of year. He said he would but never got back to me.

They did a very good job and I would recommend them to everyone. I got the feeling that They knew what they were doing, which put me a ease. They even came inside to check as well as the attic and on the roof to make sure that it would not and is not leaking any more.

The owner was very professional, friendly, and responsive. The gutters were repaired perfect but the chimney was botched by one of his workers. He offered to fix it but I already had someone else repair it. Very friendly.

Mr. Smith called to schedule the appointment to look at the roof. Due to the steep pitch of my roof and the size there was an additional $50 charge. Kirby set up the appointment to come and do the job. He was unable to make that appointment and called and said he would reschedule. When he called me the next week it was to tell me he was on his way over to clean the gutters. Since I was unable to be home on such short notice I was unable to see the quality of work that he did but my gutters do appear to be working fine.

They did a great job. Originally they cleaned the gutters and put covers on the gutters on the back of our house. They were very good. He did fast and competent work. He was very nice and polite. We are thinking about using them for additional work.

I paid Angie's list $99.00 and no one ever came. I should have a credit for paying and never having service. I called once and was suppose to get an email to request the refund but it never arrived just like the service I never received.

I am a home owner in the Wears Valley area, in need of desperate gutter repair. Kirby came out and was pleasant and professional. The gutters were so bad there was a tree root and multiple plants growing inside. Price was within budget and the staff was so kind and did the job to perfection. LiteSpeed is more than an A+ ! Highly Recommend.

Called Litespeed Construction to give me an estimate to repair a few leaks in my roof. Kirby, the owner came and inspected the roof and indntifiedd the problems. He gave me a fair price to repair the problems, so I went ahead and had the work done. Problems have dissappeared and not come back. Thanks, Litespeed construction.

I am very impressed with how this turned out! It was obvious to us that the right side of our roof was in serious trouble so I turned to Angie's List. I found Litespeed on The Big Deal and am grateful I did. We had a problem getting together at first but once we sorted through that, I was amazed at the quality of work and the professionalism shown. My husband was a Facilities Manager prior to retiring and had worked with a LOT of roofers so he was the one who dealt one-on-one with Kirby and his crew. They found our areas of concern and some hidden areas. They photographed the problems and also showed my husband (personally) what they found. The work was completed today and exceeded our expectations. Thanks, Kirby and Michael

Everything turned out very well. The company asked for a photograph of the leak of my gutter so it could arrive fully prepared to do the job which it did. Furthermore, they showed on time, didn't leave behind any messes, and did a great job with all of the projects.

Upon inspection, Kirby informed me that I did not need a new roof. I found him to be very polite and friendly. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a new roof or any repair of one. He gained my trust with his honesty and integrity, and I will hire him in the future when I do need a new roof.

Work was done promptly and, at least at this time, looks to have solved the problem. Owner and workers were courteous and considerate in letting us know when they would be at our home. I did not get onto roof to see what was done, but we had a hard rain today, and there was not a leak based on observations from attic.

It went well. Kirby came out within a day or two of contacting him and gave me an estimate. He was prepared to do the work as soon as possible. I had other workers on site and had to delay the gutters for a week or so until they finished but they came out on time and finished quickly. There were a couple of small issues that they quickly addressed and made right. Their work is very good and Kirby would not close the case until we were completely satisfied.

They finished the gutters the other day and they look great. The owner, Kirby Smith, has been wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this group for roofing purposes.

Great. Arrived on time, had all the equipment he needed, did a great job.

He brought all his own equipment, sealer ladder, he brought everything to complete the job .I even asked that he remove his shoes going through my home and there was no problem. After he finished he gave me all the information about the roof the Vents,shingles, . I would use him again and again.

Once we agreed upon a time it went well. Fixed the problems, repaired some items that I was not aware of, and performed the job well.

Had previously another company for cleaning, discussed need for removing replacing gutter guards instead of just cleaning, roof also needs repairs....husband not ready yet..but will use when ready to move on job... trustworthy nhonest price..

Although Mr. Smith couldn't actually clean my gutters, he was very polite and noted several other things which needed repair. He noted a problem with my roof where the garage joined the mail house which I hadn't mentioned to him at all, and he had one of his workers come out to do the repair which included new flashing and fixing the shingles around the leaking area. That wasn't covered by the gutter coupon, but I was glad to have the work done and the leaking stopped.

I called them and asked for a bid and they got back to me within a couple of days. When I decided to go ahead with the project I met with Kirby at the house and we went over everything, chose the color and within a week everything was done and looked great! Kirby Smith was great to work with.

The owner showed up this time and made things right.

Kirby did a fantastic job! If you want a trustworthy contractor, Kirby is just that.
