Litespeed Construction took superb care of me when I needed a new roof due to multiple leaks after a storm. Kirby helped walk me through the insurance claims process, including filing for a re-inspection to get the insurance company to pay for the full amount of the roof. They were in and out in 2 days including replacing new boards under the roof and putting on new gutters and downspouts. I'm very happy with the finished product and the new roof looks beautiful.

We had a roof leak, then about 1 year later we had a branch go right through our roof into our master bedroom closet. Both were addressed quickly and with great workmanship. We are currently having an estimate done for them to redo our entire roof. We have a very contemporary house with a commercial-style flat roof, so we're glad that Litespeed can handle this type of work.

Did a great roofing job, replacing an 18 year old leaking roof, at a very competitive price. We have a very large roof (140 squares or 14,000 square feet). The main part of the job was completed in two days. The follow up was great with 1.) additional nail pick up, 2.) reinstalling the gutter screens in the manner that should have been done 18 years ago and 3.) replacing the shingles where the satellite internet provider had to move the dish after the new roof was installed. Two additional comments: - I wish my builder would have used this company. - Now I can enjoy listening to the rain on my roof!

My project involved completely removing all decking and replacing the roof. Litespeed performed the work on schedule with a high level of quality and attention to detail. They picked up every chip of wood, nail, shingle, etc from the demo. Cleanliness of the jobsite overall was great. Kirby worked with my insurance company to make sure they had their calculations right and were covering everything they should. I am very appreciative of the effort he put in on the insurance. Definitely the extra mile and beyond. It took a couple of months after the job was done to receive the insurance settlement. Kirby was patient and understanding the whole time. Litespeed does great work, do what they say, and the price is right. Hard to beat that. I recommend them.

Prompt response to my phone calls and completed the work within the time frame we had agreed to. They honestly assessed the issues and made the repairs in a professional manner. And, the final charge was less than the estimate. This company will clean my gutters and downspouts as long as they are in business. And, when I need a new roof, I know who to call. I only wish this company did other repairs and renovations as I would hire them to remodel some of the rooms of my 20+ year old house. Simply the best contractor we have found since we moved to Tennessee 7 years ago.

Upon Litespeed's inspection, it was decided that I needed all new gutters and downspouts. I agreed to the $4000+ job. It took 2-3 months to get the job done, after many tentative appointments. I do believe they did a good job. I was, as part of the deal, promised a free gutter cleaning at any point after the installation. I have asked for this service a number of times (since installation almost a year ago). It is particularly important to me, as many of my gutters are on the 3rd floor, and it is difficult to find anyone to do this. I cannot get a response from Litespeed, even after I reported a possible leak, on the 3rd floor, at the site of one of the seams. I am disappointed in the follow-up, or lack of. This is very important - service after the sale.

Called to clean gutters, was quoted twice the advertised amount. The contractor did not show for scheduled appointment. When I followed up he said someone would be out the next business day. Around 6 PM on second scheduled day, I called to see if they were going to make it and they told me they were so busy they forgot and were headed my way right then. They showed at 8 PM, I pointed out a section of gutter that I knew had a drainage issue and that must have been the only section they cleaned. They were here for over an hour. But, spent most of their time up selling me on a roof replacement that they later quoted at $30K!!! Two days later I could visibly see vegetation growing from the gutter. Not sure they even looked at the entire gutter system.
