I'm a disabled veteran and the last thing I can do is fix the roof. I called two roofing companies last week and they did not even show up. My wife told me to check out Angie's list and I'm glad I did, that is where I met Kirby and his company. We have a roof leak that has caused the sheet rock tape and a water stain at the peak of a vaulted ceiling with no attic space above. It is built under the back slope of the roof. I described the problem to Kirby, it was raining that day and I thought there was no way anyone would come out in the rain, however he did. It was a slight break in the weather, it was drizzling and he went up on the roof anyway. He did a thorough inspection, he found some exposed nails and sealed them as well as sealed around boots and flashing. Before he went up on the ladder I asked him if he could take down an antenna, and he said sure no problem. He was by himself and would have to come back later with help to do that project. I was having a rough day and I had to go lay down, he was on the roof for about 40 minutes, and my wife stayed in the living room waiting on him to come down the ladder. I heard him tell my wife when she asked how much does it cost, that he wants to make sure that that he fixed the problem, that he would be in touch, and call him if we noticed any difference. He said we would settle the bill when he came back to take the antenna down. He is a polite and very courteous young man, and I have no doubt that I will not be taken to the cleaners on this one. He stopped by the bedroom door on the way out and told me he hopes I get better soon, as I told him I am between surgeries right now. If you want an honest, dependable, reliable, and courteous roofer then Kirby is the man. He does what he says, and if you are disabled or elderly, there is no doubt in my mind that you do not have to watch him, and I feel safe leaving out valuables or sensitive items without having to worry about them. It would be nice if more businessmen were like him. Exceptional service, honesty, integrity, and just plain polite. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I will continue to do business with him in the future. If I had to give this a one star to five star rating with five being the best, I would give him six stars. I'm very satisfied, I'm glad I found Angie's list, which gives me access to reputable businesses from now on.

It went very smoothly. Kirby remained in contact throughout to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. It was very apparent that Kirby knew what he was doing and really wanted what was best for the client. I would definitely recommend him.

Kirby inspected my roof, particularly in response to my question about a small leak into my porch that occurred during the winter. He undertook some minor repairs, and I had no further problems.

Kirby was very responsive to our requests and completed the project in a manner for which we are very pleased. He cleaned up the area when finished and took away the damaged gutters. We enthusiastically recommend Litespeed Construction for any job -- big, or small.

He did a fine and didn't find any other issues. He got my gutters cleaned out and it quite running down the side of the house. It took him about 15 minutes. They were a little slow, I had to call them. It was about a week and they came out two days after I called them. He was out when he said he was going to be here. I would use him again if I can talk him down a little bit.

Initial contact was over the phone. He was trying to diagnose the problem from the Google Maps picture which is terrible quality, so that made me a bit suspicious. There was some back and forth between the owner and his worker about whether or not the bricks of the chimney were good or not (not good, good, not good). The work ended up being good quality and the price was reasonable. My only gripe was it took him about 2.5 weeks to get the work done. It was a smaller job and I think he was prioritizing other, bigger jobs in front of me (my speculation). He said he had some personal stuff pop up and it did rain one of those weeks most every day. Still if he had gotten to it sooner, the rain wouldn't have been an issue.

Purchased a deal to clean gutters on a Sunday night. Did niot hear from provider within two days as deal states. I initiated contact on Wednesday. Received call back and service scheduled for the following week. Received a call on the day they were to come asking if I had been scheduled. Told them they were scheduled to be there that day. Respone was along the lines of "ok, just checking". They did not come that day and I did not receive a call. I called and asked why they did not come. I was told it was resheduled due to weather (would have appreciated a phone call). I asked when it was going to be rescheduled and was told he would be there the next day by lunchtime. Did not show up until around 4:00 that afternoon. Blew debris off roof/gutter. Previous gutter cleaning dine by another provider included flushing gutters so not pleased but I take responsibility for not consulting provider prior to purchase on what their definition was.

Overall satisfied with job. Crew finished in one day. Most all trash/debris was cleaned up. They did leave some roofing materials, but that was picked up within a day or so. There are a few scuff marks on my siding that I think happened from throwing the old roofing material off during tear off, but I'm sure it will all come off with a pressure washer. There were a couple of shingles that were not completely flush with the roof. I texted Kirby and he said he would be out that day to look it over. It was another week before he sent somebody to fix it, after I sent him a text about it again. But the problem was taken care of. I also wish Kirby had come out once the job was finished so we could look over everything together, but that didn't happen. Overall, very happy with my roof. It looks great.

I waited all day for the workers to come to clean the gutters. They did not show up. After 7 p.m., I received a call saying the guy could not come because of rain and lightning. No rain or lightning occurred at my house or even near by. In other words, I heard no thunder all day long as I twiddled my thumbs waiting for Litespeed Construction and a phone call alerting me that no work would be performed so that I could go about my busy day.

Provider drove to a few different shops to find shingles that matched my current roof. Came back the next day and was able to fix the ridge cap.

Because of miscommunication provider did not contact within two days, he later contacted me and was polite, kind, and apologized for not contacting earlier. I had already gotten a refund but plan to purchase another deal from theis provider.

Difficult to schedule. Inspection occurred more than a month after payment. I will not prepay services through this site again. They recommended a $12,000 replacement on a 4-year-old roof or $1,500 in repairs. The existing roof was poorly installed, but should be able to last a bit longer. I wound up paying a man with tar on his hands $150 to patch the leaks.

Easy to schedule, professional, nice guys. Definitely worth it for the deal we bought.

Kirby did a great job explaining what he was doing, what he was looking for and what solutions might be to questions I had. I would recommend if you would like to know what the contractor is doing vs. just having them ring the doorbell to say the work is done.

I purchased a big deal with them and it turned out very well.

I am very comfortable working with Kirby. He has been very honest and upfront with his work. The work I had him perform last year was excellent, which is why I am using him again. I suppose that is the biggest recommendation you can give, I am not just saying I would use him again, I actually am.

This provider is not very good at time management, or customer relations. When he was here, he was nice enough, but I wanted to have him fix a bunch of stuff that is advertised that he can fix, but what really happen is he basically said, I don't want to fix this, this, this, or this, but I WILL fix some things you didn't even ask for me to fix! Granted, he gave some good insight on some things. So afterward, I decided I would prob go ahead and get the roof worked on as he recommended. The day after he was here, he sent me a quote on part of the job, so I emailed him, for the quote on the gutters. Here's the kicker, I show interest in the job, but I had a question about saving money with less fancy gutters (white opposed from bronze), and so I call him with my question. He tells me he is in a meeting and he will call back in an hour, and never calls back. I emailed him, and haven't heard from him sense. Kinda shady to me.

He did an excellent job, I would recommend him to anyone.

They were very punctual and polite. They also worked very quickly and did a great job. My gutters were sparkling! I highly recommend Kirby and Litespeed Construction.

Kirby and his crew were professional, punctual, and polite. After having a few no-shows from other roofing companies, Litespeed came—in the middle of winter holidays, no less—to repair a significant leak over our son's bedroom. After they inspected it, they reported that our entire roof and guttering needed to be replaced, and that several other areas were about to go as well. (We had unknowingly hired a shady crew for complete roof replacement only 8 years prior.) There were a few scheduling snafus due to weather and a shingle delivery delay (for which we had a cold, damp Christmas), and a bit more damage to the front yard and walkway than I'd like, but we are now snug and dry. Some rotted siding replaced and paint matched to hold me over 'til spring, too. Thank you!

The company as very responsive and did the work within 48 hours of contacting them on Angies List. The work took about an hour and was $300.00. I felt the price was high, but the work had to be done and it had to be done fast due to the house being under contract and repairs holding up closing. This company lives up to its name when it comes to getting things done quickly!

He and his assistant were very congenial and professional. The work accomplished was done in a reasonable amount of time. They did more than I expected and was not charged for this work. They also gave our roof, a thorough check over and provided some suggestions of work that needs to be accomplished in the near future. To this point in time, they have provided one estimate for work that needs to be accomplished expeditiously.I would not be a phrase to use their services in the future, and would recommend them, if someone asked.

Work was scheduled quickly and accomplished on time. Easy to work with and professional. Excellent work at a good price.

It went great. All done in one day. Crew did thorough cleanup of site. I met Kirby at the house the next day to inspect the work and pay for the job. Kirby is extremely helpful and professional. Price was fair and very competitive. Litespeed provides 5-year guarantee, and Kirby told me that it is transferable to new owners. This was good news, since we have this house on the market.

I contracted with LiteSpeed Construction to replace the gutters. They installed 150 feet of new gutters using the existing downspouts (saved money). They called me ahead of time and asked if they could perform on Sat, Nov 15th. I agreed and they arrived around 2PM and were complete in less than two hours. They cleaned up the job site thouroughly. It was a prefessional job and the gutters look great. On Sunday Nov 16 and Mon Nov 17 it rained and there were no issues. The owner came by on Mon afternoon Nov 17 and performed a QA. He determined two gutters needed tweaking. Within 45 minutes a tech was on the site and tweaked the two gutters in question. Highly recommend this company.
