Liberty personnel (Charles and Dan) were prompt in contacting us after we left an initial voicemail, and were exactly on time thereafter for every appointment or work schedule.  The work was completed precisely as estimated, and the job appears to be excellent, with all systems working perfectly.  We have retained Liberty to add another camera to the present collection, and also to design and install a new intercom system.  The latter work is being quoted, and the work will at an appropriate time in the coming months.

Overall - very well.

We set the alarm off by mistake and after disarming the alarm, the "trouble" light came on; we also discovered that the alarm center wasn't notified.   I called Liberty Security Systems the next morning and they were at my house within hours.  After a thorough system check by the technician, Charles Kelly (Liberty Security Systems owner) arrived.  After additional checks, they determined that new alarm panels (also included the entire backroom electronics box) and a new backup battery were needed due to incompatibilities between the existing equipment and the updated telephone system in our area.  When I asked how much this was going to cost, Charles told me that it was all warranty work and it wouldn't cost us anything.  We had the original system installed by Charles in 1995!   Liberty Security Systems is the ONLY alarm company that I have recommended since my first encounter with them and I still HIGHLY recommend this company.  This company also installed a security system in my Mother's home based on my recommendation.  These are quality people and this is a first class company.

I like their responsiveness.  The services are on par or even better than the competition.  As far as the one-on-one service from the technicians, a check from Liberty Security, who owns the technical portion of it.  I like the fact that anything that breaks with the alarm, he comes back and replaces it free of charge.  It is included with the service.  They are adequately responsive.

They are good. We have had neighbors who had their houses disturbed, but ours remained untouched. They are good about responding when we have had an issue.

I really liked this alarm company's services. When I call they always seem to answer my questions and they usually can handle any problems I have over the phone. I feel very comfortable and safe while they are monitoring the home either while I'm home or away from home. We have been using them for years and we were very satisfied with them.
