They did a terrible job. We have had to buy more grass seed and trying to redo it. They should have gave us our money back

Excellent in every way. This was a difficult job - removing an existing retaining wall and rebuilding it with stone blocks in a long, narrow area behind our house. Included the installation of wall lights and steps from lower to upper yard. Lawn Butler provided the required skill at a reasonable cost with great customer service. They also do a great job maintaining out lawn!

6/5 & 6/18/2019 The bedding maintenance crew, Amy and her helpers, are outstanding! Amy is careful to listen and implement my requests. She is great at troubleshooting issues as well. I have a butterfly garden and extensive complicated perennial beds. Amy and her helpers perpetually go above and beyond in their work to keep the beds looking their best. Well worth the $30 each for each visit. 6/20/2019 - The mulching crew did an excellent job on my yard! The back beds are difficult to access. The crew hauled individual wheel barrow loads to all the areas and raked out the mulch being careful to avoid smothering my perennials. It made the entire yard beautiful. $508 for a solid layer of mulch installed on extensive flower beds. I found the price reasonable. I paid close to that amount when I had mulch delivered and installed it myself.

When they blow in mulch, it looks better than most mulch jobs. It is hard to get them to promise to blow it in. The time before, they showed up with a crew who spread it with the usual tools. They worked hard, but didn’t use as much mulch and it didn’t look as good.

I’ve hired several lawn services over the years to mulch the extensive landscape/flower beds at my home and I’ve never been happy with the work. Every time it seems there were issues causing my dissatisfaction- the mulch is laid too thick or too thin, not placed well under the plants, ground cover often smothered, plants damaged, edges messy, etc. Many times I’ve just opted to do it myself so that it’s done well despite the hard work and use of time. But this time, we called Lawn Butler. WOW! They did very impressive work!! They came just a few days after contacted, arrived promptly, worked quickly, and did a beautiful job on the mulch!! The mulch is laid evenly, nicely placed under the plants, care taken not to smother out ground cover, and bed edges perfectly rounded and groomed away from grass edge. Then when they finished, they used a blower to clean up any mulch dropped on walkways and drive. AND, they took a garden hose and gently sprayed the gardens with water to rinse any residual mulch off the flowers and bush leaves. It looks immaculate!! Absolutely the best mulching work I’ve ever seen!! I HIGHLY recommend Lawn Butler and will always call them for my mulching in the future.

Excellent work. They did everything extremely well, cleaned up after themselves, and were a pleasure to work with. Strongly recommeded.

Lawn Butler responded to my request quickly and found time in their schedule to do the necessary repair earlier then thought possible. Technician was excellent - great guy! I will definitely will use Lawn Butler in the future.

They were great in every way. They were very responsive, and they helped plan everything with us. Everything looks beautiful. When there was area's where they did damage to the grass during the installation they even replanted with new grass.

They were very good. There were no problems at all. They did a very good job. They were always on time and did it when they said would do it. They kept it very clean and neat. We are not actually using them anymore because we sold our lot. We would use them again in the future if need be.

Very well.  No dislikes with the service provider.

The guys did a spectacular job and spent a lot of time for the small amount of money that I paid.  I will definitely use them again!
