Larry did a great job.He was very reasonable.

Larry said tumblers on lock were fine. He was able to cut keys and work with them till they fit the door -- just had to cut them higher than the model we were using. They now work great!!! He responded the same day and showed when he estimated -- calling before he arrived.

Larry is another example of just how nice the people of Knoxville are!   My husband contacted him to change all the locks on the home we just purchased.  When I called hime to get an approximate time, he asked me what worked for me.   When I said that I had a couple of errands to run (we just moved to town from out of state and I had no groceries), he told me to do what I needed to do and then call him when I got back.   So, I did just that, and he was at my house within the hour.   He changed a total of 10 locks and gave me 5 keys for $182.   He was kind, professional and down right friendly!   He never made me feel like he was rushing to get to the next job.   I would absolutely recommend Larry and will use him again whenever I need a locksmith.

Wow. Came on Sunday evening right when he said he would and completed to work quickly. Was professional and courteous

(On a dark and stormy night - just kidding ...)  Both my partner and I worked late into the evening, and, when we arrived home around 9:00 p.m., our front door lockset was damaged.  (We still are not certain of the cause.)  In a panic that our house was basically open, we called Larry's Locks and Keys in the hope hat he would take pity on us and make a late house call. Not only did he arrive very quickly, but he was gracious and professional and fixed the problem immediately for the cost of a service call.

I was quite surprised that Larry came to my house on a Sunday.  I had called the number listed, and he was tied up on another job and returned my call within minutes.  He arrived earlier than expected, and was extremely professional with his service.  Will definitely use Larry again in the future.
