I think his prices are very fair. He has always shown up when he said he would. He is extremely reliable. He keeps good records. He is also very personal. He is extremely conscientious. He has gotten rid of a few of his workers who did not measure up to his standards. He is pretty particular in his work. I have been very happy with him over the years.

Project started inSept. of '08. it is now August of '09 and is still not complete and damage is still not repaired. project started fine at first. But, as the days went by he showed up to work less and less and would take weeks to return a call. Then he just never came back at all or returned any calls.
