d ofWe found Steve Lynch (Lakewood Construction) through word of mouth. We wanted our 40 year old kitchen redone without changing the footprint and he was excellent. He helped us decide styles, vendors....oh, everything. One thing that was important was the time we would be without a kitchen. He waited to start until the cabinets were here and between Thanksgiving and Christmas the job was done! Everything was ready to go, he was able to get other jobs out of the way and the granite shop was aware of the time crunch. It worked! Each day, they swept up so we could access the refrigerator (it remained on one wall). They worked consistently with only a lunch break. In all, we were very pleased. We now have the kitchen we dreamed of which will last us until we are too old to cook! Thank you, Steve, Ted and Bill!

After giving Steve our basic desires. he drew up a design that we agreed upon. We asked Steve for his opinion on all our requested materials, etc... He always steered us away from some tacky ideas and boy are we glad. The finished bathroom is something we are very happy with. We will use Lakewood for our next remodeling project.
You must be patient with Steve and his crew because they want to make sure everything is as close to perfect as possible. For example they subbed the drywall taping and finishing out and would not start painting until the sub came back and fixed some spots that my wife and I couldn't even see. A great bunch of guys.

Excellent workmansip and cleanup of worksites at the end of the day, complete removal of salvage and waste materials from site.

They are great and reasonably priced. They show up on time and they are very professional.
