Absolutely perfect!!

The installation went well and we are happy with the end result. There was a 4 to 5 week turnaround time from the consultation and measurements, which I believe is typical, if not a bit shorter than others, for the industry. The only negative comment we have is about the installation. We did not receive a phone call or notice that they were coming to install. My husband returned home one morning to find them working in our back yard. We would have preferred advanced notice. And I received a bill after we had paid in full. But, all in all, we were pleased and would use them for future jobs.

Called last week to get an appointment to have gates repaired. Was scheduled for this week. They called this morning and said a crew would be out. Showed up around 9:45am. Repaired the weld on the broken gate section. Were done in one hour. Did a great job! Highly recommend!

They did a great job. The only complaints I had was that they took a bit of time to come and do the measurement, but they were ok.

Product and service was excellent. Loved the doors so much that we went back and purchased ornamental mailbox.

They did a good job, did the work quickly and arrived promptly. I was happy with the work. They were reasonably priced.

Initially it took several weeks after agreeing to their proposal/price for the installer to actually show up. Part of this was due to rain, part of it was due to illness, part of it was due to broken machinery. If using for motorized gates, I would recommend having your electrician meet Land M at the gate site to verify placement of the electrical wiring as we had to re-do this, despite following their instructions. Overall, I am happy with the price we paid and the work that was done - just be prepared to wait a while for it to happen. Would definitely recommend Land M over their competitors, though.

They were on time, fast efficient and I like them. I have more door to put on and will be done with the project.

They were done in one day. Very professional and polite stayed on task answered any questions I might have, overall after the paint job I just had done, I was delighted to see that their are still companies that care about doing a job right and very well with pride. I would HIGHLY reccomend this company.

Contacted company, took them approximately a week to come out and look at work. Paid them 1/2 the cost up front, installation completed 4-5 weeks later. The railing looked great from a distance and it was solidly installed. I noticed immediately, however, that the paint finish was inconsistent with several spots unevenly painted (spots looked gray). I contacted the company and was told to tape the spots so the crew would know which areas to touch up. I informed them that I would do so when I got home the following evening. They apparently showed up during the day (prior to my getting home) and did some touch up. They missed several spots. I later taped all of the areas that needed to be touched up and called the company again. I was told they would come back out. I also mailed in a check to pay the remainder of the bill. After serveral days with no contact I called the company and was told a crew would be back out. Sometime during the next few weeks a crew did return but ended up making the enevenly painted spots look even worse. I have called back on several occassions and been told they would come out and get the problem fixed. I've called on 9/19, 10/4, and 10/28. Each time I was told by the receptionist that the problem would get fixed. So far, no results. I am very disappointed. I will end up purchasing a can of paint and will "finish" the job myself. By the way, this company is located approximately 3 miles from my house so driving distance should not be a factor.

The fence is holding up really well. It's a wooden fence. They did a great job. It really held up very well, the fence is still up to date and we have not had any problems with it. We are happy with it.

Land M are total professionals. From the woman who answers the phones to the owner who came out to measure. I had been waiting on my porch to be finished which took several months after I got a quote from Land M. The receptionist called me every couple weeks to see if I was ready. Anyone who is looking for fencing or railing or a security door, I would recommend them. I called several other wrought iron companies and never heard back. One came out and measured but never sent me a quote. Use Land M and you will not be disappointed. They have a small showroom with lots of examples of work, too.

Land M did a good job. The rail looks great. They use traditional oil based paint (not powder coat) on the wrought iron. The paint is is easy to nick but is very easy to repair. They are working on a gate to across the opening of the porch.

The process went smoothly. We were very happy with the results.

We discovered them through a home show and bought a security door first. We picked the door we wanted at their showroom and then gave them a quart of paint to match to our front door. Once the door was ready, they called to schedule a time for the installation. They showed up on time and the door was installed in less than an hour. The final product was just beautiful and we get compliments all the time about the door. We later went back and purchased a new iron mailbox, but installed that ourselves.

He did a very good job and showed up on time. I didn t have to sit around and wait on him like I do on some companies. He is highly respected and I have a lot of trust in him. He s honest, dependable, and very professional. It s a real old company and they ve earned a great reputation.
