They are local to Knoxville. They have a showroom. They are very available and accessible. They are good about returning phone calls.

Purchased a couch and two recliners that was special ordered that required 3 weeks to produce the order.  We were notified at the end of 3 weeks that the order was in and ready for delivery.  I spoke with Luis, our salesman, and scheduled the delivery for the following Wednesday afternoon.  I then paid for a moving company to move the existing furniture from the room where the new furniture would be placed and made arrangements in my schedule to be at the house to receive the new furniture.  My issue starts at this point.  The delivery dept called the day before the scheduled delivery and said that they would not be deliverying on the scheduled day and had re-scheduled for that Friday.  When I called Luis to inquire as to why this happened and he checked with the delivery people, he told me they didn't have enough deliveries in my area on Wednesday so they would be delivering my order on Friday.  He did try to get them to honor the original schedule but they refused.  I then called the store manager and that was a waste of time--he blamed the problem on the saleman.  I will say that I purchased a bedroom suite from this company at the end of last year and everything went fine (including the delivery).  That is why I returned to their store to make this purchase.  At this point, I think most furniture stores are like used car salesmen.  They had my money (in full) and I had waited 3 weeks for the order so I didn't have any muscle to flex.  Knoxville Wholesale Furniture let me down and made me feel that my purchase wasn't important enough for them to meet their commitment to me.  Where is advertised "good" customer service?

Overall we are happy with our furnishings but not the buying or follow-up experience that we had to deal with. I know that this company has a good reputation in our community and sells quality name brands , however this stores management could improve on communication and customer  satisfaction .

We purchased a bedroom set here after looking at several other stores and researching prices online. We found a beautiful high quality set at the store and their price was lower than online sites for the exact same set. Had to order and wait about 4 weeks, but the delivery was prompt and professional and the furniture was impeccable. The delivery men assembled the bed quickly and positioned all the furniture perfectly. We were very pleased with the entire process. We had purchased living room furniture there about 10 years ago with the same good experience. We hate furniture stores where the salesperson follows you around like a vulture, but one of the reasons we bought at this store was that the saleslady was so helpful yet not at all pushy. She saw that we wanted to poke around and discuss the furniture ourselves, so she was quite happy to let us do that. When we needed her she was there. I recommend this store for the quality of furniture, the service and the staff.

I bought this couch May 31, 2012 and the sales person (Liz) was great (although the material I picked out was discontinued and I had to reorder).    However,  they called to tell me they would deliver the couch between 4 - 8 p.m    When I called to complain about the late hour, I got a lecture on how great they were and they were so busy and they had such great prices and that was just the way it was and I could like it or not.      I guess they have so much business they don't have to be nice.    Next time I'll buy from a company that appreciates my business and trieds to accommodate me, instead of telling me I'm being unreasonable.

We dealt with Luis. He was very professional and willing to answer questions without breathing down our neck.
