Way too expensive. Nickel and dimes you with connection fees etc.

They did a diagnostic test on my refrigerator to see what the problem was. They seemed to really know their work and got it done in a great amount of time. I would recommend them for their responsiveness, friendly, and experienced service to anyone in the vicinity.

I am most happy with the service as it only took about thirty minutes for the man to do the job. The nice part was the bill as it was tacked on to our electricity bill. That way you don't have to have cash on hand when you don't know what the repair would cost. I didn't get my new bill so I don't know what it is going to be but it can't be that much, we believe it is less than $100.

They were pretty dependable and they responded to my call pretty quickly. They had a repair man out here within a day or two. The repairman was able to figure out the problem quickly and was able to get it fixed. He was very respectful inside my home, and was also trustworthy and nice.

When my furnace was not heating my home the way it was supposed to, I called Knoxville Utilities to come out and fix it. I heard they were fair on price and I needed someone out quickly.
