I have been using Ultimate Automotive since July 2014 when I first read their reviews on Angie's List.  Since the original visit, Ken and Steve have provided excellent and professional care to our 2007 Honda Accord and 2003 Toyota 4-Runner.  The service has been routine oil changes, tire rotations, air condition service and brake service.  I can always depend on a thorough inspection of each vehicle and professional recommendations as to service.  The fact  both cars have a combined road mile total of 248,000  it is important that the individuals that provide your automotive service look well beyond the normal services you have brought the vehicle in for and provide that far below the hood examination that our vehicles need.  We have trusted our road safety to the thorough and comprehensive care that Ultimate Automotive has provided.

They got the car in right away. I was in and out within a half an hour. They are very polite, professional, and it's just a fabulous garage. They are cheaper than going to the dealership. They are honest with what you need done and what you don't need.

I have two older model autos ( 2003 4-runner 2007 accord ) that have always been well taken care of. They are extremely professional and knowledgable with their business approach to auto repair and service. If they cannot provide the job, they provide a referral to a professional who can. Since relocating to Knoxville two months ago, Ultimate Automotive has provided routine maintenance ( oil change/tire rotation ) on both cars and serviced the air conditioner for the 12 year old 4-runner. The service was provided with a level of excellence that I had never experienced with previous auto repair services in other areas of the country. This is truly a first class operation.

I've used this shop for years and have always been impressed with their service, kindness, and price. They've always done a great job on repairs, oil changes, etc. They did a pre-purchase inspection on my Honda vehicle for free and I could tell that they did a good job and looked closely.
I've only had one bad experience here that others should watch out for. My wife took the vehicle in for an oil change and they mentioned that the battery cables needed to be changed right away. She told them to go ahead and do it. They then charged far more than they had said and also only changed one battery cable, not both. They charged $50 for the battery cable which costs about $10 and takes 5 minutes at most to change.
Every other experience we've ever had with them has been superb, but I marked them down due to this surprisingly poor experience.

From the moment I called Knoxville Ultimate Automotive, I was impressed. The gentleman answered my questions and took the time I needed to feel comfortable using their service. We dropped the car off in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. The price was below what we expected and the service was exceptional. We had all this work done before going on a trip up to Montreal. Now I am back from the trip and the car performed well. This was my first visit to the Knoxville Ultimate Automotive, and I am impressed. I plan to use them from now on.

Do not hesitate to use Ultimate Automotive! They are a great alternative to expensive dealer service! They are faster and more responsive and you will not be disappointed!

From the outset the staff was extremely cordial and helpful. They were able to work my car in nearly immediately. After assessing the problem, they gave a prompt assessment and a fair estimate of the cost. Throughout the whole process they were highly communicative and fair and even performed a few courtesy services for free. I highly recommend this fine company.

He's done the service on my car for the last to years, including oil changes, tune ups, brakes, and engine work. They're very polite, courteous, friendly, honest and reasonably priced. Price reflects an engine repair, brake work, and 45K maintenance check up.
