Knoxville Floor Install is a family owned and operated business with over 30 years of experience providing professional floor installation services for residential and commercial clients. We specialize in the installation of hardwood floors and staircases, usually using either a glue down or nail down method. Prefinished wood, laminate wood, LVP, and bamboo are current popular choices of materials to use. **WE DO NOT SAND OR REFINISH WOOD FLOORS. We also install ceramic tile floors, fireplaces and hearths, showers, backsplashes, and we excel in custom design work. Marble, granite, slate, LVT and natural stone are used in some of these areas as requested ***WE DO NOT CLEAN, SEAL OR REPAIR GROUT. We continue to maintain the highest standards and quality in workmanship to meet our clients' individual needs. Every installation is customized to your satisfaction. A free price quote and a 3 year warranty are included in our services.

Tim did a great job installing our hardwood floor! We bought the flooring ahead of meeting with him, but didn’t get proper materials for a stair, and when we couldn’t get a matching piece Tim stained the unfinished piece we found to make it match as well as possible. He also communicated well with us throughout the process to ensure we got the best outcome, and the installation he did looks excellent. We definitely recommend Knoxville Floor Install.

Tim did an excellent job on our master bathroom (tile shower and tile floors) and kitchen/foyer/hallway LVP floors. He was thorough and gave quality product recommendations. He was reasonably priced and good about returning calls/texts. Tim (and Barry) were very kind and professional as well. I look forward to having him back for future projects.

My experience with Knoxville Floor Install was quick, professional, knowledgeable, and easy from the first. Within hours of posting the job, Tim contacted me in several ways to ensure his communication came through. He offered me a very competitive bid and was able to complete the room within one day. I was so happy with the work that I hired him to do a second room, which he did the very next week, also within a day. Turns out he does tile and LVP install, too! I'd ask him back for that if I had the money :-) Overall, I strongly recommend!!

Excellent! Tim's skill, knowledge, attention to detail, expertise, and dependability are unmatched. He takes great pride in his work, and that pride shows in his work ethic, his professionalism, and his finished products. I cannot say enough good things about Tim and his work. I met Tim 25 years ago when he put hardwood flooring throughout our entire 1800 SF home. Since then, he has been the only person I have used for all of our flooring needs. Most recently he has put stone tile flooring in 2 of our rooms and new hardwood flooring in half of our home. I would highly recommend him without any hesitation to anyone wanting quality flooring work and a positive flooring experience. He just cannot be beat!!

Tim is very professional and has great attention to detail. He removed old flooring and repaired the subfloor. We had multiple levels in our older home, and Tim made our entire upstairs one level so new laminate flooring could be laid congruently throughout the entire upstairs. When we are ready to floor our downstairs, we will definitely be calling Tim again. I highly recommend Knoxville Floor Install.

The tile and flooring that Tim did were beautifully done, and met my expectations. He did what I asked of him. Anyone can pull tile or flooring out of a box and put it down (no talent required), but Tim paid attention to both my tile and flooring, working out of several boxes at a time. After all, the flooring is the showcase of your home. In addition, his prices, for the quality of his work is competitive. I would use him again and recommend him highly.

The whole experience was wonderful. Tim was very professional in his proposal. He itemized labor and material expense and was significantly less expensive than other bids I received. He was prompt, very neat with his work and his tools, and we are very happy with the results. We will definitely call Tim again for any other wood projects that we have.

I recently had Knoxville Flooring Install come to the house and tile my back splash in the kitchen. Tim Allbee and I discussed options and designs to come up with the best plan for my Kitchen.
