They did an outstanding job. I've used them a lot. They detail your care for you and when they give it back to you it's like brand new. They arranged with Enterprise to get me a rental car so I was able to drop my car off over there. They did a great job on my car. They called everyday to inform me on the progress on my car.

All of the employees at Knoxville Collision Center were professional from start to finish. I was greeted immediately upon entering their office. I received a thorough explanation of the damage to my car and a very detailed (line item) estimate of the cost to repair it (both labor and materials). KCC coordinated everything with my insurance company so I did not have to file any paperwork with them. The time estimate to finish the work, which the insurance company agreed to, was 2 weeks but KCC had my car ready in a little over a week. Communication was excellent. The president or his representative called me 4 times in that period to give me status reports of the progress of the repair work. My car is two-tone in color so the paint work was especially challenging. I was very impressed with their work. My car (a 2007 model) looks brand new. If need be, I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Since hail damage repairs were being made city-wide, all the body shops were backed up. In August I asked to be put on the schedule and was given a reservation for the following March. I understood the backlog issue and was satisfied. In September, they called me and said that had an unexpected opening and invited me to bring in my car the following week, which I did. My insurance policy included car rental during the repair period, so I ordered a car from Enterprise. After about two weeks, Enterprise called to say that my insurance coverage would expire the next day. I called Knoxville Collision to ask how soon my car would be ready, and I was told that the only thing they had accomplished was to raise the repair estimate. They had not even contacted the insurance company with the new figure. For all intents and purposes, Knoxville Collision stored my car on their lot for two weeks and did nothing while my rental coverage expired. I returned the Enterprise rental and retrieved my car. This was about as lousy service as I have ever experienced from any company anywhere in my 70 years.

Very well as indicated in rating assessment. Work was performed both in estimated cost and time frame.

When I picked up the car, it looked almost new again as though it never had been hit. They did an excellent job and I was very pleased with their work. They got it done pretty quickly and I would highly recommend them. They re a well known company and have been around for along time.
