Very good. Salesman went above in beyond in helping to show installed examples of the product we were considering. Price was much better than others. Installation crew was knowledgeable and went out of their way to help move furniture.

From start to finish, my husband and I could not have been more pleased. We had a difficult cult request for a specific shade of red carpet. When we walked into their store, we were immediately greeted by Ed and explained what we were looking for. Within a couple of minutes he found exactly what we wanted. We gave him our room dimensions and described the layout. Within 5 minutes he provided a very reasonable estimate and offered to send someone to our home to measure and provide a more accurate cost. The installer came out exactly when scheduled and he took measurements. The next day we were given a quote that was slightly less than the original estimate. We went back to the store and paid for materials and scheduled our install. The installers showed up on time the day of service. They were clean, professional, and did a very nice job. At the end of the install we paid the remaining balance. There were zero issues and we highly recommend this business.

It was horrible from the get go. The sales rep came out and measured my two rooms and leaves. He calls me up and said he forgot to get a deposit from me. No problem, so I go to their store and was writing the check and the rep say's that they will hold my check until I am satisfied with the work that they will. So since they were going to hold the check till I was happy I paid the full amount. This was a Tuesday. By Friday they had cashed the check. I called to find out about it and the rep I was using wasn't in. I spoke with Bobby (another rep) and told him what was going on. He laughed about it! I asked him to have the rep I was using call me back when he got in. He called and claimed he mis-spoke or didn't explain it correctly to me. Seems simple enough....we won't cash your check until your happy with the work......I told him I wasn't happy about it but it was done. I confirmed the date and time that the installers were going to be at my house. 9am Tuesday and the job should take 3 to 4 hours for both rooms I was told. I arraigned to have a family member there to let them in and make sure everything went smoothly. At 1030 am I get a call from the installer, he said he was picking up a couple of supplies he needed and would be there soon. Around 11 am they show up! At 1130 the family member that was there calls me and tells me that they want go out into the yard or the street to make the necessary cuts. What? Cut new carpet on wet grass or asphalt (it was sprinkling by then)? I immediately ask my boss if I could leave early and take care of this. Graciously he said ok. As I got home around 1200, the installer was leaving, saying he was going to have to make the cuts at the warehouse and that they didn't have enough material for the job and would get more. At about 2 - 2:30 he returns. He finishes the job at about 8pm. a 3 to 4 job that took 11 hours!?! After he leaves I go and look at the rooms and notice that the closet door doesn't look right. They had put it back incorrectly. Called the next day, and they sent the guy out to fix it, which he did (but once again had to leave early from work to get home by 5). Two day's later as I'm putting most of my stuff back in place I notice that they carpeted over the floor outlets. So I had to call them back out again (leaving work early to get there by 5). I called them back to let them know that I had a real concern that something may have been forgotten, and they said call the back if I found anything that I had a year warranty, Really!?!?! TERRIBLE SERVICE and Professionalism......never use this company!!!!!

The installation of the carpet went fairly well, but there are a couple of items that could be improved. The installation was scheduled to take 2 days, but actually took 3.5 days to complete. The installers did an excellent job with the actual install, but they were certainly in no hurry to complete the work. There were 3 or 4 installers each day, but frequently, only 1 was doing any work (the others were in the van smoking). It seems like only 1 was a true installer, and the other 2-3 workers were his "assistants" who could only perform basic tasks. Bottom-line is that the quality of the work was excellent, the price was reasonable, but the installation simply took too long to complete.

I was overall satisfied with the job they did. They had good quality carpet and good selections. The sales people were nice and my only complaint, was that they left a seam in a high traffic area, which I didn t like. They had a good price on the carpet. We have also bought hardwood and linoleum from them in the past.

They did a great job when they installed all of the floors. We were very impressed with the quality of the product and the service that this company provided. I thought that the employees were very friendly and courteous to me and my home. I would recommend this company to anyone.

They pulled up the old carpet as well and hauled it away. That was all included in the price, which I liked and felt was fair. They did a good job installing the carpet and I liked that they did good quality work for me. It was also good quality carpet that they installed.
