Ken is such an awesome person to work with. And his crews are so professional and curtious. I highly recommend them.

Very fine work by men on yardwork to this point, which has included to mowings, then a morning of shrub and hedge pruning with ivy and dead branch removal.

In the very beginning our yard was getting missed and I had to call twice and remind the crew to come out. We also had to beg to get a bill ( I am very honest and wanted to pay!) Overall the work was great...but it was a little rocky in the beginning and then getting an invoice was difficult.

I was contacted immediately about the job. All interactions have been very professional and as described. I am very pleased with the service and plan to continue to use long term.

I have made an agreement with KMFIII Services to provide lawn work over at least the next six months or so. So far, they have prepared the ground surface, seeded, fertilized and strawed the entire area being worked on (a bit more than 20,000 square feet), Ken Frazier and his staff are a very pleasant and experienced group to work with, knowledgeable skillful, and well-equipped. I am entirely pleased with their work. I look forward to the results of the work they will be doing for me during the coming months.
