We enjoyed working with Jim and his crew. They were all very good at what they do and professional. Quality was excellent and we would definitely use them again.

Amazing!!!!!! I was so impressed with Jim and his entire crew. He communicated well. His crews were punctual. He kept me on budget, and came up with creative solutions to some potentially problematic issues with a water heater and HVAC unit in a closet in the kitchen. He built a swing out spice cabinet that gave me storage but also access to changing out the air filter. I was super impressed. He also worked well with a design consultant who I had hired to help with some details. Although, in retrospect, he was so knowledgeable, I probably didn't need her. I have bragged to anyone who will listen about how great "my" contractor is. I cannot say enough good things about this team.

This project was our second with Kitchen Innovations. 
The entire process was very well managed. Our kitchen was completed by the date we requested, in spite of an almost two-week interruption after the floor that was delivered differed from what we had ordered. We had to choose another and wait until it could be installed before proceeding. 
We enjoyed working with Jim and members of his crew. They were pleasant, patient, skilled, efficient and careful to consult us when questions or options presented themselves. 
There were a few tense moments and small issues, but there always are. Overall, we were very pleased. If our home must be torn up and put back together, these are the kind of people we want doing it.

Jim & his crew were always respectful of the fact that we continued to live in the house while the kitchen, dining room, laundry room & sun room/den were being torn up.  They showed up when scheduled; & they were always on time.  They were also the cleanest crew I have ever had working in my home.  They cleaned up after themselves every day. 
Jim was easy to work with.  He made some suggestions, as the project went along, that improved the final outcome.  The project stayed on budget & on schedule.  I will work with Jim again in the future, as I get ready to remodel the bathrooms.

Knowledge, experienced and trustworthy.  All the qualities you need.

Jim did a GREAT JOB! 
I will use him again when the need arises.
DO call him to confirm time as he sometimes has too much going on at the same time.  This is a MINOR complaint.

Jim Newman (the owner) and his team were awesome.  I found them honest and hardworking.  They performed every task as they said they would and in a timely manner.  They showed up when they were supposed to and cleaned up before they left.  I was very happy with their work and with them.  I would contract with him again.
