Kevin did a fantastic job both with helping us sell our home in Knoxville and with the purchase of a new home. He went above and beyond to make sure communication was clear with us and with the other agents he spoke with during the sale and purchase. Kevin guided us throughout the process giving us recommendations on what we could do to get the best price for our house and how to handle a multiple offer situation all while giving us realistic expectations of how the process would go. He was honest, observant and always punctual with his communication making sure we understood what was going on without speaking down to us. We really appreciated his work ethic and would definitely use him again!
