The unit was repaired and is working. I was happy we did not have to replace the whole ice maker. The only negative was that he did not have the part and did not come back for three days. This was not a problem for this case because we got along without an ice maker. If it was the whole refrigerator out I would want a faster return call.

I have never been more comfortable letting someone in my home. He was a very nice gentleman who worked with a smile on his face.

When I became aware that my ASKO dishwasher had a recall for a part, I registered my dishwasher at the ASKO website. They notified me that within 7 - 10 days an ASKO authorized service company would complete the work and replace the part for no charge. Jeff from K & M called the day after I submitted the information on the ASKO website, and he was able to come out that day. He completed the work in a very professional, quick, thorough manner. He mentioned that (and it was obvious that he had) he worked mostly on ASKO appliances. Nice manner, offered to answer any questions over the phone in the future. Would definitely hire if I needed someone to fix my dishwasher in the future.

He is very reasonable priced and I will continue to use him.

Really, really well. K&M was referred to me by the manufacturer, they called me to set up the service call and were very accommodating of my schedule. I lucked out and they were able to send a service technician the same day. Ed was very thorough in his investigation and was able to quickly identify the issue and fix the problem. He was very neat while he was working (brought his own paper towels, even!), and spent time to make sure that the issue was resolved. I certainly recommend K&M to anyone needing a dishwasher repaired!

THE REPAIRMAN KNEW THE APPLIANCES WELL AND FIXED THEM QUICKLY. HE WAS POLITE AND NEAT. THE PRICE WAS REMARKABLY LOW.
