JUST CALL KEVIN

Kevin and his son very sloppily installed 3 exterior steel doors with frames and 6 locks in only 4 hours. Two of the doors are dented, and on one the frame is cracked in two places. Call me picky, but we paid for new doors. A nail gun was used and we’ve never seen so many nail holes in frames, for example, in one 9” area, there are 22 nail holes. Also, there are stray nails that go across the fame into the weather stripping? The inside frame from our kitchen going to garage was nailed back up crooked with a large gap between the two corners, and filled with caulk, it looks terrible. We had asked that long screws be used to secure basement door lock, the tip of the screw is barely touching the frame, see pictures. We contacted Kevin regarding the issues and asked if he had bought marked down damaged doors, and his response was that was ludicrous and it’s normal to have dents/cracks in doors due to shipment to a wholesaler and then his delivery to a home. He did offer to come and patch the dents, but after seeing his workmanship, we declined. We have put up doors ourselves before and will fix all properly. To note, we bought this house a few months ago, and have so far hired 7 other contractors who have all done excellent work on our home. The reason we hired Just Call Kevin is we didn’t have time to replace the doors ourselves, and wow, that was a mistake, now we have a mess to fix.

Kevin and his team are always professional and exceed expectations. Their work is high quality and he is ensures the job is done right and doesn't cut corners. Prices are reasonable and in line with the level of service and quality of work performed. I have been very satisfied with Just Call Kevin and they are my "Go To" company for household maintenance and repairs. I highly recommended Just Call Kevin to anyone in need of work in their home.

Kevin arrived on time for both visits. His appearance and demeanor are very professional which inspired our confidence from the got-go. The work was done quickly, efficiently and right the first time. His price was very fair. While he was out last time he gave us very good price to take down our old decrepit gutters, replace the soffit and and install a drip edge all around the house. Honestly, I really don't know how a visit like these could be a much better experience. I recommend his service enthusiastically and we will "Just Call Kevin" first anytime we need handyman services! In case you didn't get my last paragraph, I give him my highest possible recommendation. Don't waste any more time, "Just Call Kevin"!

Kevin was outstanding. I really can't remember all he did for us but all he did was great. Timely, responsible, flexible...willing to go the extra mile. I have absolutely no qualms giving Kevin the highest recommendation ever.

He is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after himself. I haven't had any issues since the toilet was installed.

Everything went as it should. He was there on time, fixed the problems, and did it in a timely manner. I asked if he did some other work while he was there and he said he would. So, I will have him back soon.

He is just great. He does all kinds of home repairs. He was fantastic. He is so different from all the contractors because when he says he will show up, he shows up. He stays with one job until he finishes it. There are so many other contractors, who will come and give an estimate. They will greet, and do the job; but the same week they will do the same work with 16 other people. He is professional. His price is good. He is neither the cheapest nor the priciest. He is well worth it. He really cares about the quality, and he is a perfectionist.
