He was great and I didn’t have any problems at all.  I will use him again in future.

Everything went very well,no chit chat,just non stop work.

I was amazed at how fast they worked,at first I was a little worried about the per hour charge but not after I saw how fast they worked.

Very pleased and looking forward to having them back next week to finish the rest of my chores.

He was my first choice, but he wasn't able to come out for several days. I called another plumber who came right away and fixed it, but within an hour the problem was worse. They weren't able to come back for a few days to look at it again. John Walking called me and said he just happened to be in the neighborhood and wanted to know how my problem was. He came by and had it fixed within an hour then said "what's next on your list?" He is really good and knows his business. He has an associate who comes along with him and they will do different projects and only charge for one hour of work. I plan to hire him again to paint a shed in my back yard.

Overall, I would use Mr. Walking again. He is very knowledgeable and will not waste your time or money!

Other home improvement stores would not even come out the first time to see what was needed. Mr. Walking came out along with his assistant who helped clean the blades of my livingroom ceiling fan. I appreciated their service and will use them again!

Poor workmanship, excessive cost. I get angry every time I use that bathroom, looking at the shoddy work. Cost did not include materials.

He had to do extra work because he had to run wires down from the attic and he was able to do this with no problems. We have hired him in the past to do other odd, various jobs and we are always pleased with his work. I don't remember the exact price that he charged us, but it was definitely reasonable.

We ordered the lamp from a catalog because we liked its unique looks and did not realize that installation would not be straightforward. I have installed many ceiling fixtures over the years, and expected this one to be a simple replacement job: disconnect the old light and install the new one. But the lamp came with a formidable safety cable, and the instructions made it very clear that the weight of the fixture required using it. I climbed into the attic and discovered right away that safe installation would require some additional carpentry, which I did not want to undertake. We called John Walkling, who had done good work at a reasonable price for us before, and he arrived on time and did the work. We were very pleased.
