Mr. Reagon doesn't usually take on large jobs like ours, but he took it as a favor to us. His work began in some unseasonably cold weather but that didn't make any difference. He showed up on time and everyday. The cold made the work slow, but it was steady progress and although it took longer, he didn't add to his estimate.
If there was a day he needed to do something else, he always let us know in advance. With his experience and knowledge, he was able to complete the job despite the miserable weather and it looks great!
We live in a subdivision that requires additions to match the original structure. You really can't tell where the addition starts unless you get up really close and look for it. We were pleased enough to ask him to come back for another job.
We would highly recommend him to anyone needing a small brick project or repair.

He did everything that he promised and he showed up on time. He did the job and did exactly what I asked him to do. I had no issues and he did as advertised. I did not think that the price was too much. After he came and did the quote, I was expecting him to get back in a couple of weeks; it took a little bit longer than that because he was working on some other projects. When he did get back to me, it was a reasonable quote.

Overall went well. The job was hard and Jim went over and above what I asked for so I paid him $500 vs the estimate of $350. That was very fair in my opinion based upon the excellent work he and his assistant performed, and his initiative to identify and repair the additional areas. Jim is an honest man and I wish all contractors were like him.

Mr. Reagon arrived when he said he would arrive, did what he said he would do, and charged what he said he would charge. We felt the price was very fair.
