Absolutely terrible experience overall ... the quality of the work, the very poor treatment of my wife by one of their service desk employees (I won't name him in this forum) and what seemed like a total absence of interest in actually providing a resolution to our problem.  I'm not sure it could have gone any worse.  We had a major issue with the Jeep - it was running very poorly.  We took it in, they hooked it up to their computer & actually told us nothing was wrong and sent us away.  The problem got worse, so we took it in again ... this time they at least changed two spark plugs - but gave the vehicle back to us with all the same problems - but insisted that nothing was wrong, since the computer told them nothing was wrong.  We then took the vehicle straight to Lenoir City Jeep and boy - THEY did it right!  And talk about a laundry list of problems that the Jeep had:  the throttle body was "trashed", the injectors were terrible, the spark plugs were "fried", several sensors were inoperable, the list goes on.  High quality work, VERY high quality service & a team of experts who are clearly interested in taking great care of customers - the exact opposite of what we got @ Cogdill.  A very disappointing series of experiences with Cogdill, to say the least - highly recommend against giving that company any of your business.

They tried to convince my wife she needed the accelerator cable cleaned for $100. She called and I told her that was a croc not to let them. They came up with several other item (I can't recall now), but I told her not to let them do them. While she was waiting on the van she heard them telling the next customer they needed the same items. Would never talk a car to them for service again.

Well i was quoted about 3 different prices with the vehicle #1 , im glad i finally ended up with the lowest, only paid 1006.00 and the highest being near 1300.00 (IT does seem like my fiance even got a different price, females that do not know as much about car parts and mechanics seem to pay a higher price as opposed to a male that would/could have or know some mechanical skills and knowledge)
Honestly if i had not had been in such a hurry, i would have done ALOT MORE research and other places to get stuff fixed at a cheaper price!

And that was only one example the these parts cost are a ripoff most of these dealer "OEM" parts are junk (most wheel bearings being a great example, and ball joints especially in certain vehicles) that these places use and charge the highest prices possible, do some research and check out some ONLINE prices from many different auto parts websites and do some RESEARCH to find a better QUALITY part at a LOWER price!

Dropped off Vehichle for Oil change, Tire Rotation, and braking noises.
When dropping off mentioned that Drivers Seat seemed loose in seatbelt area. Upon returning to pick up vehicle, Cashier informed me there was no charge for any service. I questioned if all of the service had been performed, as I thought there would have been a charge for the Tire Rotation etc..
The estimator (Sorry, forget his name) (Black Hair) went and checked with the mechanic, and they apparently forgot to put the Tire Rotation on the ticket, so Merry Xmas to me.. He also explained that the seat was to be replaced, (No Charge) even though the vehichle is out of warranty.
They seem to really take care of their customers... I'll buy again.

My experience with them has been excellent. They provide good service. Prices are reasonable. They make sure to give a quick appointment. They deal with all kind of vehicles. Their have great knowledge.

There were five warranty issues and they covered all of them well. We don't have any problems with them. The lady who worked on our motorhome was very knowledgeable.
