Our one year old heat pump (Trane) was not heating. JC came to our rescue that very same day and discovered a shoddy wiring installation of our unit. Repaired and check both units for winter time service. He also came last spring and repaired our upstairs unit in the attic. This repair was also the result of shoddy installation from another contractor!
