We heard from our neighbors that JC Penney's did a wonderful job hanging their blinds so we took a chance on having them do the work for us. We are really glad that we did. They showed up on time and did a great, professional job. They were very trustworthy to be in my home and very clean. They did clean up all the left leftovers.

They had a nice selection to choose from and they did an excellent job measuring everything and getting them hung. They probably took about three hours to do all of the windows, so that was pretty good. I was really happy with the quality of materials they used and the work they did.

JC Penney had a nice selection of nice quality drapes to choose from. They did a good job of getting them measured and custom fitted. They looked great and the whole job they did was a pleasant experience. I was completely satisfied with their staff.
