Very responsive at a good price

It was good. There was no charge for the service. They were easy to work with and they are very reliable. It took about an hour for service to be complete.

Good, one of the lines in the ductless system that they put in upstairs was leaky. They repaired it. The gentleman that he hired to do the finishing work (the repair left a hole that needed to be spackled and painted) didnt come back and we had to call him a couple of months later to have the gentleman finish the job.

Jason arrived on time and ready to work. He diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor, replaced it and AC was back in business...for 10 days, then heat pump stopped working again. Called Jason back and the conversation was mostly about what he is going to charge me to come back out and look. Total disregard for the 30 day warranty printed on the receipts and argumentative with a paying customer about it! Then he started on the well it's an old unit, yada, yada, yada. 
I decided if I was going to be charged another service charge I would call someone else. Unit has now been fixed by a REPUTABLE company.  
I though I would give a local guy a chance and see where it got me...not far. He gets a bad review as well as losing any of my future business (unit is old and will need to be replaced some day, but NOT today and certainly not by him) all over a service charge that could have been handled professionally but rang true to a second grader argument.

Performed leak test on ac unit. Determined there were two leaks in coil. Provided me with options to replace coil or replace ac. Scheduled installation of new ac unit and replaced, all within same week.

 As usual, Jason is unfailingly polite, on time, and provides an excellent quality of service. I highly recommend him for installation and service of HVAC and related systems.

EXCELLENT, THEY WERE OUTSTANDING ! Any issues they had they found the solution. My new unit came with a 10 yr warranty also. What could be better then that.

Jason and Steve are highly skilled and professional. They both do very good work and can be trusted 100%. Prices excellent, too. When there was a difficulty they persevered until it was fixed.

I had three companies come out and give me an estimate for replacement of the HVAC system. Jason's had the most bang for the buck. The installation went smoothly, with the one exception being that the thermostat I wanted turned out not be in production yet (it was a very new and quot;smartand quot; model). It took a few months before it was released so Jason installed a basic one in the meantime. Jason is very knowledgable and a nice guy. I would definitely recommend him to anyone else.

They did a great job. They went through the steps to fix the old one and when they determined it was the heat exchange they made good suggestions on a new system. So far we have saved 30% off the electrical bill.
