Since 1995 Jaccard Construction has provided the Knoxville and surrounding areas with honest, quality work that speaks for itself. Owner and award winning builder, Jeff Jaccard, believes in only using high quality products and building efficiently to keep costs low. Hardwood floors, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, Jacuzzis, the details you’ve always wanted for a reasonable price! As a family owned and operated business we understand the importance of your home. We work hard, we are very conscientious, but most of all we get the job done as quickly as possible so the homeowner is inconvenienced as little as possible. Also, we own all of our own equipment, so there is no additional cost or delay for you!

"Member, We thank you for your work, and want to apologize that you were not 100% satisfied at the end of the job. The type of storm door you picked out has a screen that retracts at the top and the closer attached at the bottom that is why it was the second closer was not able to be attached. The original storm door we ordered for you would have been attached in both spots, but the difference in those two doors was the retractable screen. We apologize for not scraping the whole area that you speak of, and would have hoped it would have been pointed out while still on the job. If we get the chance to work for you again maybe we could work something out to fix that spot."
