Great job, very professional, commissioned the system, cleaned up, very neat at the end of each day, serviced as needed. I cant say enough about pleased we are with Matt and his Company.
We recently moved into a house with a sprinkler system but no secondary water meter.
The owner, Mr. Hinton came to check out the system and suggested minor adjustment to sprinkler heads. He also gave me a quote for rain sensor and secondary water meter installation. He kindly advised me to buy water meter directly from KUB instead of getting one through him so we could cut cost. I appreciated his honesty. It was installed to the satisfaction of KUB technician. The cost of installation of water meter and rain sensor as well as sprinkler head adjustment (around $450 including all parts excluding $50 meter fee we paid to KUB )was lower than expected as it took him less time than originally estimated. Our water bill has gone down significantly. We have since asked him to winterize the system.

After 1 month , We got $450 of water bill. I called to this company to come back to find the leak. I told that i saw the wet spot on the parts that was repaired and main shut off valve has a lot of water leak. I just told company what I saw.
When this tech came back He start shouting me " There is no leak what was repaired. You are trying to cheat.me " Main shut off valve should not making water bill to $450. it is small leak" " I am not working for you" He was so angry and RUDE.
I took video of how much water was leaking from Main shut off valve when I shut off 3 days ago. it was a lot. I showed to Tech. I really do not know when this leak started since it is under the ground. But Water bill is $450. means this did not happened 2-3 days ago.
I hired professional to check and repair this irrigation system work. I was willing to pay any service to fix leak. But I will not ever call this company again. It was very RUDE to shout at customer " You are trying to cheat"
Angies list says this company has A and has a lot of good comments. i think it is depend on TECH. I will never call back this company. There is no respect to customer.

I had another company came over to recheck everything.
(1) They secured the leak what irrigation company said "NO Leak". (it was small leak)
(2) They replaced main shut off bulb. ( It was huge leak)
(3) They needed to change the 3-4 heads.

While it is unfortunate you had issues with your irrigation, you have a system left unused for years. We have no history of maintenance with you and attempted and successfully got it up and running with minimal cost to you. We ordered out an out of production valve to match the originals when the one failed, and there was the delay in returning as this came in. You did not mention that it only impacted one area of the system, and the rest continued to function. It is unfortunate that another issue arose with your system later, well after our work. You called our office stating it was the same exact problem we had just fixed and requested a new crew. The work was actually not related to what we had done and was in a different part of the property. You then expressed that it should have been fixed previously then. However previously it was not leaking. So then we have provided a service call to a system left off for many years, with no history with our company and you expressed that future issues should be covered as we did a careful review. You were angry with us and while I can understand your frustration, the remarks and representation you have made are not credible. They are partially true. Slandering a company because of your displeasure is not fair to us. One must understand issues will arise with a system. Can you imagine if every time we performed a call, when another issue arose, there was an expectation that you should not have to pay? We have a strong and positive history of reviews on Angies list. We regret you have issues with your system and wish you the best going forward. - Matt Hinton Owner."
Once we scheduled the installation, they showed up when they said and completed the work on schedule. Given the amount of pipe and heads that had to be put in I can't believe how quick it went. They did an excellent job of fixing the yard and I came in on the last day and seeded. Matt took the time to explain the setup of the controller and give me some pointers. This is an excellent system and will help me get my yard where I want it. On a side note, two weeks after completion a delivery truck went off of my drive and drove over one of the heads, breaking it. Matt came out the next day and fixed it!
So, no surprises, they did exactly what they said and on schedule.
Their receptiveness and kindness was welcoming along with the quickness of an appointment time. Must mention however that my home is literally a few blocks from their office which may have helped in promptness. The gentlemen arrived early and stayed until the project was fully completed and I was comfortable in operating the system.
Impeccable job by the two gentlemen that came to my home. Both were extremely courteous and professional.
Billing process was a HUGE breath of fresh air! So nice to see more businesses adopting and adapting to electronic invoicing. Within a day of the services being rendered the invoice was received and paid which was a relief to me during the new home blitz and would guess Irrigation Works was happy to have prompt payment.
I would sincerely like to thank them along with the other staff who helped in scheduling my appointment as the experience was a good one and they will have a repeat customer in my wife and I.
If you live in the Knoxville area in which they serve I highly recommend them.
