I never feel rushed when I'm there for my appointment. He takes the time to understand your illness and treat it. When we have flu symptoms, most of the time he'll call in a prescription for us so we don't have to go to the office, which is convenient. Everyone is very friendly there. I typically wait no more than 30 minutes to be seen when I arrive.

He's just a very friendly and a very nice person. Everything is fine. He listens. The facilities are fine. They're clean and up-to-date.

I felt very at ease with Dr Marlow on all my visits. His nurse Angel is very nice too. Wait-times are very reasonable for exams and lab work. The front office and checkout staff is always pleasant and helpful.

Waited 25 min in the lobby and another 30 in the exam room before Dr arrived. Dr Marlow was very nice, seemed concerned, good sense of humor asked good questions, listened to my answers and seems to be a competent Dr.
Unfortunately the company that manages the office is another story. Overbooked appointments, very hurried feel, hurry up get in this room so you can wait here instead of in the crowed lobby.  The person that gave me the EKG gave me the impression it wasn't a good place to work. This being my yearly physical it is covered fully by my insurance company. I received a bill for about 70% of the cost of the appointment. I called Humana and they said yes a yearly physical is covered at no cost to the insured but the billing codes submitted were not correct. They, Humana, contacted the Dr office on my behalf and the office and Dr stood by the billing. I will find another Dr that will work with my insurance and doesn't make me feel like just another number.

Dr. Marlow seems interested in me and my conditions.  I've seen him twice now for physicals.  I didn't have to wait long and he seems puntual with the appointments. 

I found them very reasonable. They were reliable and flexible. It was a pleasure to have them in my home.

He does a good job.

He's a great listener.He's sympathetic and up to speed.

If he doesn't know, he will tell his patient that he doesn't know.  He will sit down and talk, if I had stayed there for long because he does this to everybody the same way.  He goes over the whole thing, but the only drawback is that I have to wait.  My experience has been satisfactory.  He is available.  I might have to wait at least 30 minutes before I could get in to see him.

He has done very well.  He is very personable.  I enjoy going to his office.  He also steers me to a specialist when I need them.
