They were fast and very friendly. They even gave me some instructions on how to keep it looking new.

Although we had a fairly rough start, we finally came to a solution that we both felt comfortable with.  We had started the process right before Christmas, however with the holidays and some bad weather thrown in it  was delayed.  Both Mr. Lovain and ourselves had some health issues and personal things to handle, thus we kept putting the installation off.   The job was done with professional expertise and we are quite pleased with the final outcome.  We did have a problem concerning some additional work on the kitchen flooring that included more expense and we felt that it was too high.  We had a conversation with Mr. Lovain in which he declined to lower the cost.  So he and his worker left and we had an unfinished kitchen floor.  However, Mr. Lovain is a considerate person and he called us back before the night was over and we came to a solution that was agreeable to both of us.  We appreciate his willingness to "meet us half way" so to speak and the work was completed the next day and we are very happy with it.  

Exceptional service. We were especially pleased with the way this company works.  They have a great work ethic, excellent customer service and very good craftsmanship.  We are planning to have our floor done in our kitchen the first of the year and we are happy to say we will use them again for that.  When you find all those great things in one company it is a good idea to stay with them.  All pricing has been fair and reasonable and we had no problems.  The carpet is beautiful and we are happy, happy, happy.  You won't be sorry using them for your needs around the house.
