iHome Improvements

Great work!

When the old flooring was taken out, it was discovered that heavier than normal sub-flooring had been used (3/4 inch instead of 1/2 inch). To use the same sub-floor would have meant that the new floor would be slightly higher than the floor to which it would abut. In addition, it was explained that the old sub-floor was too heavy for the floor joists and could likely cause a problem. So they replaced the sub-floor as well as the new tile and it now matches the height of the floors in the other rooms. It is beautiful.

Dustin and Amy are completely amazing!! They take all of my design visions and make them a successful reality! They have done everything from adding shiplap to my office, pouring a new patio at my office, remodeling my venue bathrooms, and even completely remodeled my 1978 vintage airstream from a horrible camper into an amazing mobile store! They are extremely versatile in all work they perform!

Excellent customer service has almost become a thing of the past, but not with I-Home Improvements (Dustin and Amy Parker)!! They believe in building great customer relationships and completing each project to their client’s absolute satisfaction! The work they provide is always above and beyond our expectations! Not only have I worked with iHome personally but also as the current BHS Booster's President. Dustin & Amy have DONATED their time, efforts & money in assisting me with Bearden High School football construction projects on multiple occasions. They have built outdoor tables for our sidelines, updating press box, renovating concession stands, installing air conditioner units, etc... Dustin does high quality work and does it on time and communicates with us on his progress. This is not the norm anymore in his industry. It always gives me a bit of hope when a company goes above and beyond the call of duty and provides excellent customer service. .

The job was completed perfectly! Everything was taken care of in a timely manner and the customer service was excellent. We will defineltly use iHome Improvements in the future.

The work iHome did was fantastic. They began and concluded work as promised and remained in regular contact with us throughout the completion of the job to keep us apprised of their progress. Their pricing was extremely competitive. The house was under contract within a week of listing. I attribute much of the home's attractiveness to the buyers to the work iHome did. I do not believe it would have sold nearly as quickly without iHome's help and am certain it would not have commanded the same price.
